Effectively Communicating Goals:
- Becoming more attuned to each other, not focused just on your own perspective/preference
- Willing to address (E.g. have the hard conversation) or let go of past history, so we can do more effective work going forward
- Figure out the best way to work with one another based on certain challenges (time zones, different priorities/perspectives on projects)
- Create a more fun, collaborative work environment
- Doing serious work, while not taking ourselves too seriously
Measuring Success & Accountability:
- How many hard conversations are had within the first month
- How staff interact with each other over Zoom within the first two months
- Follow up with staff individually regarding their conversation
