Effectively Communicating Goals:

  • Becoming more attuned to each other, not focused just on your own perspective/preference
  • Willing to address (E.g. have the hard conversation) or let go of past history, so we can do more effective work going forward
  • Figure out the best way to work with one another based on certain challenges (time zones, different priorities/perspectives on projects)
  • Create a more fun, collaborative work environment
    • Doing serious work, while not taking ourselves too seriously

Measuring Success & Accountability:

  • How many hard conversations are had within the first month
  • How staff interact with each other over Zoom within the first two months
  • Follow up with staff individually regarding their conversation
