This is not a joke

Open to Collaborators

Chip Heath has retired!

I’m building a body of work on power, coordination failure, and invisible systems—how smart, well-intentioned people create breakdowns they can’t see, and how those breakdowns quietly damage others. This isn’t a request for mentorship. It’s an invitation to think together. I’m interested in collaborating with people who:

  • Work on systems, organizations, leadership, behavior, or complexity
  • Notice power asymmetries but feel the language around them is blunt or incomplete
  • Want to turn sharp analysis into tools, frameworks, writing, or workshops that actually change outcomes

Possible collaborations:

  • Co-developing frameworks or diagnostic tools
  • Writing or publishing joint essays or talks
  • Designing workshops, courses, or research-informed products
  • Stress-testing ideas across disciplines

What I bring:

  • Deep systems thinking grounded in behavioral science
  • Clear language for murky dynamics
  • A track record of turning abstract ideas into work people actually use

If this intersects with what you’re thinking about—or what you wish existed—reach out.
